1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries, and services between MCP ECOM and its customers in the version valid at the time.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order. By submitting the order, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected goods.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices include the applicable VAT. The prices stated at the time of ordering apply. The customer may use the payment methods displayed during the checkout process.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery will be made to the address specified by the customer. Delivery times depend on the respective product and are displayed during the order process.

If delivery is not accepted, MCP ECOM reserves the right to charge the customer for any costs incurred.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of MCP ECOM until full payment has been made.

7. Right of Withdrawal

8. Warranty & Liability

The statutory warranty rights apply. MCP ECOM is liable only for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence, as well as for the violation of essential contractual obligations.

10. Final Provisions

German law applies. Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
